Our institute offers a variety of yoga styles and yoga classes for students of all levels from Beginner to Advanced. The styles of yoga that we mostly focus on are the three major styles including Hatha, Hatha Flow, and Kundalini yoga. Within these three broad categories of yoga styles are several classes varying in terms of speed, level and purpose. We offer Hatha Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Hatha & Meditation, and Hatha Intermediate. We also offer Flow-Based Hatha Yoga Class or Vinyasa, which involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout.
The Kundalini Yoga series includes Kundalini Yoga Basics, Kundalini of Sound, and Kundalini & Meditation. Kundalini Yoga uses sets of yogic postures and movements with meditative focus, breath work, and chanting. This form of yoga is the most powerful system of yoga, that can be practiced by anyone.
